Order Process
Once you have selected your chosen products, we require you to click on "Checkout" and fill in your personal and payment details. This will allow us to process your payment and deliver your order. There will be an opportunity to amend the order details before confirming payment. A summary of your order and payment receipt will be e-mailed to you. Following order confirmation, details of delivery will be also be e-mailed to you.
Payment Policy
All our prices are in sterling. We accept credit or debit cards over the internet only. If you prefer to pay over the phone or by sending a cheque, telephone us directly. We will not accept postal orders. All payments will be handled with SECPay. SECPay can handle cards from all major card issuers, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners.
Shipping Information
At present we ship orders within the UK only. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days from receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 21 days for delivery, as occasionally some items may not be in stock. In the case that there is a delay of more than 3 working days; we will notify you as soon as possible.
All kits are sent by tracked mail or courier within the UK at a set charge of £7.00 per order. Small or light items are sent via Royal Mail special delivery at a set charge of £3.00. Samples will be sent via first class post within 3 working days of receiving request. The sample postage cost is included in the sample price. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. We reserve the right to change our postage policy in the future.
Backorders: if your item is not in stock, we will back order it and advise you of the expected delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel or amend the order details if you would rather not wait.
Returns and Exchange
If you wish to cancel or return your order you may do so within 7 days of receiving your items. We will refund or exchange items providing they are unused and in a saleable condition. Please advise us of your decision to cancel the order or exchange in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. We cannot accept part cancellations of kits. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us.
Refunds will be credited within 14 days according to the method the payment was made and confirmation of the transaction will be e-mailed to you. If you are exchanging items you will be charged the additional postage incurred.
In the unlikely event any items arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the items and deliver the replacements at no additional charge.
We do not refund or exchange cut ribbon except in the event of the ribbon being faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund or exchange printed items except in the event of the printing being faulty or not as ordered. The printing fees and paper costs (charged at craft market per sheet prices) will be deducted from any refund.

Tax Charges
At present it is our policy not to add VAT to order totals. We do however reserve the right to change our VAT policy in the future.
Privacy Policy
BrideMade will not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site and are used to help the running of the site, but again no information stored in the cookies will be passed on to third parties. We may like to contact via e-mail or post in the future with special offers and information, if you do not wish to receive this information please tick the box when you register on the site.
