Kit and Caboodle Print Service

If you love the idea of making your invitations but don't fancy doing the printing yourself you can use our design and print service - 'Kit & Caboodle'.

From just £0.50 per insert, our experienced designers will format and print your invitation inserts for you, leaving the fun part for you to do - putting it all together! Simply click the Kit & Caboodle box as you proceed through he check-out and we will contact you to organise the printing of your invitations. You will receive proofs to approve and your kit will arrive with your wording printed on inserts trimmed to size and ready to stick. We can also print your acceptance cards and pre-address your acceptance card envelopes in addition to any other enclosure cards.

tailored to perfection

There are no set templates so you have the freedom to compose your own wording, enhancing the personal feel of your invitations and we can supply lots of wording examples to help inspire you. Invitations can be printed in colours to co-ordinate with your invitation in our elegant signature font or a font of your choice.

tailored to perfection

The printing part can be the most time-consuming and least enjoyable part of the process especially if you are not reasonably IT literate. Using our ‘Kit & Caboodle’ printing service saves you time and the task of printing and trimming them yourself and you can be assured of a completely professional and personal result.

tailored to perfection

The printing paper in each kit is pre-cut to size to print two inserts per piece of paper. This is so the pieces of paper can be long enough to feed properly through a printer. Once printed, you simply cut the sheet in half using a paper trimmer or craft knife. The instructions that come with the kits provide details of the paper/printer set-up sizes and printing hints and advice about font choice and colours. The paper is home printer friendly and best result are achieved with an inkjet printer.

If you prefer to hand write your invitations, the paper is pen friendly and suitable for fountain pens, cartridge pens, ball-point pens, gel pens and metallic pens.

tailored to perfection

The invitations are supplied with two envelopes - an inner paper one and an outer envelope made of card. This 'double enveloping' provides greater protection in the post, but also means that you do not have to spoil the invitation by writing on it. Instead of writing guests' names on the invitation itself, we recommend you write the guests' names on the inner envelope (including any children or other household members),for example

John and Jane
Ellie and Edward

The outer envelope is addressed as normal, for example,

Mr and Mrs J. Jones
3 The Old Mill,
Canterbury Kent
CT1 3HN

This makes it clear who is being invited to the event.
